A better day is hard to believe in
Feeling fragile, angry Confused
Walkin’ through fire
We feel what we gotta feel
And healing can begin
Through the rough road 
The stronger flowers grow

The sun will come up again
We take heart, stay strong

When the night is cold and 
The light seems 
So far away
Shakin’ your faith 
In humanity, yeah

Breathe it in, breathe it out
We lean in to feel it
Keep pushin’ through
From disillusion to clarity
Resilience and
Finding strength through our tears by 
Allowing them to flow
Some days we fly, some days we fall

The sun will come up in the morning (like yesterday)
And take heart, stay strong
And we hold our head up get up and carry on
