Returns & Refunds

Thank you so much for supporting my music and creative work! Every item in this shop is made-to-order through a print-on-demand partner (Printful), which means it's crafted just for you once your order is placed.

Because of this made-to-order model, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.

🛠 Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives with a manufacturing defect or damage, please email allison2020music@rg2020.com within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A photo of the issue

  • A short description of the problem

We’ll do our best to make it right—whether that’s a replacement or a refund.

📦 Wrong Size or Changed Mind?

Please double-check sizing guides and product details before placing your order. Since each piece is custom printed, we can’t offer returns or exchanges for:

  • Wrong size

  • Buyer’s remorse

  • Delivery delays caused by the carrier
