Cherishing Memories Through Music: A Tribute to My Grandfather
Just like that... my grandfather is gone. So unexpected and sad. I just saw him - 8 weeks ago, tops! He was doing GREAT! We celebrated his 90th birthday and his second shot at love. We danced and kayaked and laughed and hugged. It was a fabulous time and there was simply no reason for me to imagine it would be our last together. My grandfather was double vaccinated and boosted. How To Get Through
Cancer is more prevalent than I ever realized. Since I went into remission, the number of people that have reached out to me for advice as to how to support their loved ones with recent diagnosis is truly staggering. Though I don't profess to be an expert in the field, I am happy to offer my insights, which evolved from a month alone in the hospital, and chemo two hours a day, five days a week for eight months.
